Sampler and process analyzer choices.

One of the challenges when cultivating a larger number of bioreactor systems in parallel is managing the time and timing involved in sampling. Automated on-line sampling guarantees reproducible, safe and timed sampling from multiple bioreactors for up to 8 vessels or process streams and sample delivery to 4 analyzers and/or fraction collectors. Existing off-line and at-line analytics are seamlessly integrated into the system’s communication interface and FlowWeb™ control software. The system simultaneously acquires all integrated instrument data and can export the data to a variety of Applikon SCADA choices for enhanced process monitoring and control. Analyzers supported include: Beckman-Coulter Vi-CELL® XR Cell Analyzer, Kaiser RamanRxn2™ Multi-Channel Analyzer, Nova® Biomedical BioProfile® FLEX 2, FLEX, Basic, 100, 300, and 400 analyzers, Roche Cedex Bio HT, Roche Cedex HiRes Cell Analyzer, YSI® 2700, 2900, 2950, and 7100 Biochemistry Analyzers.
